POSITION:
As a Manager at Mitchell, Wiggins & Company LLP,
with more than 20 years of experience in public accounting,
business valuations, banking, and financial consulting,
Mr. Thornton is responsible for valuation services and
business development for a diverse group of clients, attorneys,
and prospective clients. In addition to his CPA license,
he also holds other professional designations, including
Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA), Certified Financial
Planner (CFP) and Personal Financial Specialist (PFS).
To enhance his expertise and experience, he has attended
two separate comprehensive weeklong Business Valuation
training classes. Mr. Thornton provides valuation, consulting,
accounting, and taxation services for a number of businesses,
partnerships and individuals.
