Andrew (Andy) P. Boyles, CPA, Manager

A recent addition to our Mitchell Wiggins family – July of 2011 – Andy Boyles spent his previous 12 years with a CPA firm in the Washington D.C. metro area. Andy’s service areas are audits and reviews, tax return preparation, and consulting. He works primarily in the construction area where he helps analyze contractors’ job costing and project management capabilities and the government contracting area where he helps develop and evaluate indirect cost rate calculations for businesses contracting with the government. He has made various presentations to industry and professional associations for topics associated with construction job costing and estimation and computer assisted audit techniques.
