Martha D. Floyd, CPA, CSEP, Manager

Martha Floyd has been with Mitchell Wiggins since 1999 and is a Certified Specialist in Estate Planning and a manager in the Estate Planning and Administration Services Department and Taxation department. As such, she is responsible for providing taxation services to trustees and estate executors including the preparation of a decedent’s final personal income tax return, estate tax returns, trust and estate fiduciary income tax returns, and gift tax returns. She also assists trustees and executors with the Virginia probate process including the preparation of Estate Inventories and Accountings for submission to the Commissioners of Accounts. Martha is a member of the firm’s Estate Planning Committee.
